Actor, Director Daniel Roebuck – Getting Grace | Episode 94

Daniel Roebuck is one of Hollywood’s most familiar faces whose acting resume spans 35 years and includes popular television hits like MATLOCK and LOST, blockbuster films such as THE FUGITIVE, and stars in one of the most watched original series of the past couple years, Amazon’s THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE.

As a Christian, Daniel was intent on making his directorial debut a film with a message: “Getting Grace” is a reminder that God’s grace is available to all. Daniel portrays a small-town mortician whose world is rocked by a rambunctious teenaged girl dying of cancer, as she plans for her departure and impacts the lives of those who will survive her. You’ll be touched by the great performance by newcomer Madelyn Dundon as Grace. The movie premiered at the Northeast Film Festival in Teaneck, New Jersey, where it won Best Feature, Best Director, Best Actress, and the Audience Choice awards.

The movie debuts nationwide on March 23, 2018, but if you are near Cincinnati, OH you can get a sneak peak on March 17th at Regal Deerfield in Mason, OH. Click here for details.

Daniel and I talk about:
His “new day of grace” philosophy of living life
What he feels his job is as a Christian
Where we ALL as Christians tend to get into trouble
Why the message of Getting Grace is so important

Next episode I’ll talk with Academy Award nominee, actor Jenn Gotzon-Chandler on the DVD release of MY DADDY IS IN HEAVEN. Jenn is one that feels her faith deeply and shows it in this conversation.

Thank you to Daniel Roebuck for being with us and THANK YOU for listening. You mean a lot to me and you mean a lot to this show.

God is real, He Loves You and so do I.
